In the heart of the Celtic capital, the Dublin Salsa Academy (DSA) was founded in 2015 by a group of seasoned dancers in the Dublin Latin Dance Scene. Many years after its inception, the school has blossomed into its present form after a major rejig in the summer of 2018.

Song and Dance is a heart-warming family venture started by Carol and Jimmy O’Byrne in 1996. The studio had its humble beginnings in the North Dublin borough of Baldoyle. A desire to fill a gap in the area’s music and dance ecosystem, particularly for their own daughters, led to the birth of this business. Its first class had 21 eager, young attendees.
