The quintessence of a family business, by 1985, the first son, Shay, joined his father’s venture. He honed his craft and, in 1991, earned his Master Victualler diploma—an eminent distinction in the profession. The same year, Ciaran, the next generation of the Kelly clan, infused fresh vigour into the team.
The turning point came in 2005 when all their endeavours unified under one state-of-the-art, purpose-built factory strategically placed in Clondalkin, Dublin. From then, the award-winning Kelly family strove, morphing into one of Dublin’s most highly esteemed meat processors and wholesalers.
